C-Clarifying Serum, formulated with a patented combination of Vitamin C and 4% Hydroquinone, works to gradually brighten and even skin tone resulting in more Photolumines Skin.
Indications: The gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin conditions such as chloasma, melasma, freckles, senile lengtigines, and unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation.
After washing face with C-Cleansing Gel, apply a half dropper of serum to the affected area or as directed by a physician.
Each gram of Obagi-C Rx System C-Clarifying Serum contains Hydroquinone USP 40 mg/gm in a base of L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Propylene Glycol, Propylene Carbonate, Purified Water and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.

i`m very satisfied with the product.
i have been using obagi since 2000.
i am an asian decent and it corrected all the pigmentation on my face.
i get a lot of compliments on my skin.
Pros: it corrected all the sun spots on my face.
Cons: love it.

I have extremely sensitive and blemish prone skin and I love this product. It has helped keep my skin thin so there is less clogging of the pores and less breakouts as well as the skin looks brighter, fresher, and less weathered. I love it!
Pros: I have tried both the 10% and the 20% and I like the 20% the best!

Have used this product several times over the years, it works well to lighten sun related ``freckles``. Must use sunscreen or freckles will come right back.
Cons: Can only use at night.

This product is the freshest Vitamin C Serum (full of antioxidents) I have ever found. It is clear, which means it has not been exposed to too many elements prior to being bottled. It greatly reduced any pigment problems I had, (like brown spots) and also helped greatly in reducing wrinkles.
Pros: A little goes a long way. It is best to use it as any other serum: on a freshly washed face(warm water), under your favorite lotion. My skin felt so soft - I saw results in just a few days! Not even a month, and great changes have been made!
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this product. I would suggest it being used in conjunction with the OBAGI night, day or both exfoliating creams; if not, under your favorite cream. (Best results at night!)
